Below, left, Baby Brian sits on Mom Stacy's lap. Next to her is her friend Erika, and on her left is Blake's good friend Barbara. Below, right, Blake and Barbara enjoy the ambience and company that seems to characterize every Foodstock, even when listmember participants have never met in person before.
Here is Blake's report on the evening which he posted to the Foodwine list: "We just finished a wonderful Foodstock with ten adults and Stacy Marien's delightful 10-month-old. We ate everything from crab cakes to lamb chops to pasta with vegetables at the Liberty Bar. The food was super. They were the best crab cakes I have ever eaten." "Stacy is here with her friend Erika for a library conference. Barbara (also a librarian) and Richard Haberman are staying with their friends Nicki and Jerry in Kerrville. They all came down. Lyn and Mike Belisle joined us, Barbara Lifshen and Blake Olson rounded out the group. A good time was had by all."
