Our next door neighbors were the winners of the 2001 Championship.

Here I am, pretending to know a lot about Billy T's salsa - it's a secret, tasty mixture of fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, salt, peppers, and lime juice. It did get rave reviews from all of the tasters.

All in all, it was a great Low-Rider Festival with a lot of Gorditas and Tamales and bikes and altars and salsa and such - by the way, Scudder's salsa won the Third Place trophy out of a field of 36 entries - Viva San Antonio and Billy T's!!
