While lots of San Antonio restaurants have their "chef's secrets", many are willing to share the recipes for some of their favorite dishes in cookbooks or in the local newspapers. El Mirador's Caldo Xochitl is an example. Here are some recipes from a few of our favorite restaurants. They are in no particular order or category, but they are all good. Some of them are complicated enough to make us glad we can go out and order them on site, but others are easy enough to enjoy at home.
