A "dream team" of artists met at my little studio for a Table for Six workshop called Layered Stories with Encaustic Collage. Present and accounted for were Mary Ann Johnson, Dona Walston, Dani Wildason, Claire Jacobs, Jo Etta Jupe, and Nancy Lee Gerfers, all experienced artists in various media.
We had a great time practicing some basics of composition and collage with beeswax and surface design. The stories they told through their work were priceless! The fun thing about this process is that the story sort of writes itself as we keep adding elements.
